AMS - Asbestos Management System

Sypol's software driven Asbestos Management System (AMS) helps you meet all of the requirements of the new Asbestos regulations with minimal fuss and disruption. Take a look at what it can do:

• Records the location of all asbestos in an organisation's facilities together with its condition and handling advice. It offers a number of facilities that are not currently available from any other software solutions
• Ensures that those responsible within the organisation, their staff and contractors can quickly identify where asbestos is located, assess the risk to health and access a documented plan to control that risk
• The software displays work and survey areas that can be set up to meet organisations' requirements
• Quickly and accurately identify rooms containing asbestos and specific areas in which it is sited, using site plans and photographs
• Fully CAD enabled - existing plans can be imported into it or new plans easily created and incorporated
• Produces Asbestos Material Assessments, priority assessments and action plans that use the same phraseology as the MDHS 100 requirements. The assessments include details of the building, room, location and condition of any asbestos present. They also provide information on health risks using Sypol's trademark Traffic Light System where red is high, amber medium and green is low risk
