Gap analysis This will address all areas of occupational health management including prevention or control of exposure to physical, chemical and biological, ergonomic and psychological stressors. Mechanisms to ensure that the performance of your management system can be monitored and corrective actions and preventative measures highlighted can also be considered. Here the gap analysis will focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the system, measuring baseline health criteria, reviewing data collection techniques and reviewing feedback mechanisms. Lastly, mechanisms to ensure staff identified through monitoring systems as suffering ill-health caused or exacerbated by work (including stress related ill-health) is successfully rehabilitated can be investigated. |
