Health and safety training information needs to be presented in a way that is easily accessible and understandable, fits in with working styles and meets the expectations of trainees.

Nowadays "chalk and talk" just won't do. There needs to be an atmosphere in which involvement is encouraged. This ensures that delegates have opportunities, for example, to raise their concerns about their work, how they are encouraged to carry it out and how they feel the approach could be improved.


Sypol trainers

Sypol trainers are able to "walk the walk". Trainees will soon see through trainers who have not handled health and safety issues in the real world. They have an in-depth understanding of the legislation and regulations that govern the health and safety provision employers are obliged to make.
